The annual Peterhead FC Supporters Club Player of the Year dinner dance was held in the Blue Toon Lounge at Balmoor last night, with fans, players and officials mixing during an enjoyable night.
The Blue Toon were unlucky to lose 3-1 to Gretna last Saturday, despite losing a goal within 80 seconds of the kickoff.
Former Aberdeen man Jamie McQuilken had given the hosts the lead, but Dougie Cameron curled home a 25-yard free kick to level the scores as the Blue Toon went on to have the better of the first half.

Gretna’s successful election to the Scottish Football League at Hampden yesterday, which followed two failed attempts in 1994 and 1999, meant misery for those still clinging to the hope of league football continuing to be played in Airdrie.
Gretna won the first ballot, but without achieving the necessary 14 votes of the 27 cast by the SFL chairmen who had listened to ten-minute presentations by each applicant.
Gretna were formed in 1946 and played their inaugural season in the Dumfriesshire Amateur League before relocating for geographical reasons to the Carlisle and District League, where they remained until 1982.
