(The reality of the Kyoto accords always was that it was an attempt to reduce the lifestyle and consumption of the citizens of the wealthy nations.) The best way to do that is to ration gasoline.
In practice, the only really effective way to substantially reduce CO emissions from vehicle use in California is to force people to drive a lot less.
This is one part of the "sustainable use" agenda, whose political purpose is to impoverish the wealthy nations of the Earth because they're viewed as using more than "their share".

Not surprisingly, however, on "Grim Reality" the monotony is just around the corner from the excitement.

Hollywood used to be a little better about realism because there were real people who were running away from real dangers - like the good old days where they used real bullets and arrows during filming.

Now, thanks to cheap computer graphics and better special effects, you no longer have to risk actors or their loyal stunt doubles in situations with real pyrotechnics.

There is a very direct relationship between information literacy and inquiry (see the relationship here)-the savvy administrator or teacher will realize that through inquiry, students can learn the skills of information literacy.
