		Groudon has a better chance of attacking Kyogre with a physical attack- since Groudon has a high attack power and Kyogre has low defense power.
		Other ways to destroy a Groudon is to use a Grass-type (like Sceptile) with a Solarbeam and use it since Groudon's Drought will place an effect which lets you attack without charging the Solarbeam up- but the Grass-type had better watch out for its Fire Blast.

		Team Magma's Groudon does indeed count itself in his own Body, but the Body also clearly says 'is 3 or less, Team Mamga's Groudon can't attack'.
		So if you've got Groudon active, and you have, I dunno, a Magma's Baltoy and a Magma's Camerupt down on the bench, Groudon is still unable to attack, due to there being 3 or less pokemon in play.
