Riohacha, 22 feb (CNE).— El Fondo Nacional de Garantías (FNG) y el departamento de La Guajira firmaron hoy un convenio que permitirá otorgar garantías del 70 por ciento a los créditos desembolsados en la región, para proyectos sostenibles de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas comerciales.
El titular de esta cartera explicó que el departamento de La Guajira colocará en el FNG una inversión de 400 millones de pesos, recursos que le permiten subir la garantía que otorgan los bancos de la región a la hora de desembolsar los créditos.
"Por cada peso que el departamento de La Guajira aporte, el Gobierno dará garantías de protección a los créditos desembolsados en la región por 22 meses adicionales al mismo", destacó.

En 1986, de un solo plumazo, el corrupto gobierno de Jaime Lusinchi le quitó el carbón a Corpozulia, se lo llevó para Caracas y no hubo una sola organización gremial ni política, tampoco ecologista, que saliera a protestar semejante atropello.
De repente se han dedicado 24 horas al día a estudiar la problemática social de la Guajira, a publicar documentos en internet y encartes de cuatro páginas en periódicos de Caracas, a declarar por radio y televisión y a movilizar costosas manifestaciones desde la Sierra de Perijá hasta Caracas, animadas con falsos argumentos.
Al generalizar en términos apocalípticos y vender la imagen del desastre niegan que exista y funcione el Fondo para el Desarrollo Zuliano, que opera con 20 millones de dólares sacados del carbón y con el cual asfaltamos carreteras, construimos viviendas, reparamos escuelas y ayudamos a las comunidades de Mara y Páez y todo el Zulia.
