	Guiche - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Guiche is a term used to refer to the perineum (the region of the human body between the testicles or vagina and the anus).
		A series of guiche piercings in parallel to the direction of the penis would be called a guiche ladder, and might commonly be seen as an extension of a frenum ladder.
		Guiche piercings can be stretched to large sizes and can accommodate flesh tunnel style jewelry, although the potential discomfort to the bearer may be radically increased.

		Go with a curved 10g titanium barbell for a horizontal guiche, and be prepared for a few weeks without running.
		I have always figured IF I were to ever try to get a guiche again, I would go with a curved barbell.

		Yeah you're right, I've seen a guiche in pictures on other websites but here under picture gallery, they have a pics of fourchettes under female guiche.
