		and to my suprise the DEFIANT also has 2 types of shield sources, 1 called a defensive shielding grid which protects the vital areas of the ship which kicks in when the primary shields goes down (housed in the warp nacelles).
		This is in terms of standard; however, you are correct, you can take out a few of one weapons and replace it with another.
		The ships I recall having ablative armor (Nothing speciel, just means another set of some new alloy armor), are Akira, Defiant, Sovereign, Prometheus, and maybe one more I don't remember.
