Guillermo David Endara Galimany (born 12 May 1936 in Panama City) is a Panamanian politician.
Endara was elected President of Panama in May 1989 by 62,5% of the vote, against 24,9% of the vote for the party of strongman Manuel Noriega, who refused to recognise the election.
In the aftermath of the invasion of Panama in December 1989 by the armed forces of the United States (see: Operation Just Cause), he was sworn in as the legitimate president on 20 December 1989 and served until 1 September 1994.

On Dec. 20, 1989 the US invaded Panama and Guillermo Endara Galimany, the candidate said to have won the 1989 elections, was installed as the "Constitution President".

On the night of the invasion, the opposition candidates for the offices of President and Vice Presidents of the Alianza Democrática de Oposición Civilista--Guillermo Endara Galimany, Ricardo Arias Calderón and Guillermo Ford--were sworn into office.
The Electoral Tribunal also declared the deputies for each of the country's electoral districts, save for four districts for which it did not have sufficient documentation.
The results gave 51 seats to the opposition coalition: 27 went to the Christian Democrats, 15 went to the Nationalist Republican Liberal Movement headed by Guillermo Ford, 5 went to the Arnulfista Party to which President Endara Galimany belonged, and 4 went to the Authentic Liberal Party.
