Sergeant Gullberg testified that the primary purpose of maintaining this information is for statistical analysis of the statewide DWI enforcement program, and for educational and research purposes.

No such welcome awaited the explorer Hans Egede, who a hundred and seventy-two years before sailed homeward over that very route, a broken, saddened man, and all he brought was the ashes of his best-beloved that they might rest in her native soil.
Some who went nine hundred years ago found a land in the far Northwest barred by great icebergs; but once inside the barrier, they saw deep fjords like their own at home, to which the mountains sloped down, covered with a wealth of lovely flowers.

A few hundred lightweight dipoles arranged over a circular area of 500 m diameter appears as a good compromise in terms of signal-to-noise ratio and resolution, as both scale with the inverse of the largest separation between two dipoles (the so-called diameter of the array), and would be necessary to obtain a sufficient collecting area.
Each element of the array observes isotropically and should therefore be adecluately located so as to minimize the emissions from our own solar system: a distance of 2 AU from our planet seems reasonable,:an alternative solution being the dark side of tie moon.
The amplitude of such a perturbation for a Sun-Jupiter system located 10 pc away is 500 micro- arcseconds (µas), way within the 10 µas nominal accuracy that a space-based interferometer like GAIA would reach for positions and proper-motions.

 Larsson bio
In contrast to Schönberg's twelve tone-technique, based on a single series of twelve pitches, Larsson's point of departure was a succession of chords; either four augmented triads (each chord consisting of three pitches) or three diminished seventh chords (each chord consisting of four pitches).
It was a revision of hundreds of pages of music which Larsson wrote already in the 1930's.
Thirty years of experience had given him completely new concepts concerning instrumentation, so that one hundred pages of this music had to be completely revised.

Self-assembly of DNA-streptavidin nanostructures and their use as reagents in immuno-PCR -- Niemeyer et al. 27 (23): ...
DNA has a vast amplification potential due to PCR, allowing the detection of nucleic acids at sensitivity levels far below those available for the detection of proteins by conventional immunological methods, such as the antibody-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
The detection of a few hundred protein molecules can be attained by a combination of ELISA with the amplification power of PCR.
This method, termed immuno-PCR (1) (IPCR) is based on the coupling of specific antibodies with a DNA reporter fragment to be amplified by PCR.
