		Gundam SEED Destiny is the sequel to Gundam SEED and both are set in the Cosmic Era timeline.
		In terms of mecha, focus was placed on newer units such as Strike Freedom, Infinite Justice, and Legend Gundams which are often cited as being little more than upgrades of their respective counterparts in the original Gundam SEED (Freedom, Justice, Providence) used as an excuse to reuse old animations.
		Impulse is almost identical to Strike in the original Gundam SEED in terms of the Striker pakcs vs. the Silhouette packs, combined with a core block system very similar to V Gundam from Mobile Suit Victory Gundam.

		I know that the original Gundam SEED was a huge success, but someone needs to tell the writers that ripping it off wholesale isn’t a good way to start a series.
		Not bad per se, matching with the characters well but they are slightly annoying in their tones and how they try to sound so “cool” (Arthrun, Shinn, Rey) or “cute” (Lacus, Lunamaria.) The music for SEED Destiny brings back TM Revolution and Tamaki Nami for the intros and outros which to me, are horrible.

		Bandai's made the attempt to fill the void with an original fighter based on the giant robot series, Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, and while we can appreciate the direction the company went with the product, the overall feeling is that it's a slightly bland and underwhelming experience on the GBA.
		Gundam Seed Battle Assault takes those gigantic robotic fighting machines out of the anime series and into a mano-a-mano Street Fighter style brawler, pitting as many as twelve different machines against each other.
		The idea of adjusting the Gundam's abilities and shifting the energy from boost to weapons is a good one if it really came into play, but the balance here is so minor that it's really not worth the management time.
