		HACE is sponsoring two projects for the holiday season -- we will again be stuffing 50 Christmas stockings for senior citizens for the Salvation Army and we will also be filling food baskets for fellow employees who may need a helping hand during the holidays.
		HACE is the only organization on campus to collectively represent every employee who is not a faculty or student member.
		HACE is an important link in the chain which strengthens our common resolve to make William and Mary better still.

		HACE commonly begins as a change in the ability to think, with confusion, behavioural change or lethargy.

	Employee Assistance Fund Guidelines \| HACE
		Prior to making their recommendation to the HACE Executive Board, the HACE EAC will contact the Office of Human Resources to ascertain that the individual making the request is a College employee in good standing and may also contact the employee's supervisor if the circumstances of the assistance request warrant such an inquiry.
		Whenever the HACE EAC receives a request for employee assistance, the employee must agree to the release of his or her name and a brief explanation of the hardship to the College community.
