HMS Africa, 64 was a 3rd rate ship of the line.
She was part of the British squadron commanded by Sir Philip Broke at the celebrated battle between HMS Guerriere and USS Constitution which took place on August 12,1812.
A later HMS Africa was a pre-Dreadnought battleship; the last battleship constructed at Chatham Dockyard, England - subsequent classes being too large for the yard.

The first Guerriere was a 74-gun third-rate ship of the line, originally the French ship Peuple Souverain, captured on 2 July 1798 at the Battle of the Nile.
The second Guerriere was a 38-gun fifth-rate frigate, originally French, captured in 1806 by HMS Blanche off the Faroe Islands.
In the War of 1812 she was captured by the American frigate USS Constitution after a battle on 19 August 1812 and burned.

From a perspective of historical accuracy, a plan for the HMS Guerriere can not be drawn because, as you point out, no contemporary authentic plan for that vessel has surfaced.
You could very legitimatly produce a plan of a vessel of the same size and general class as Guerriere using the source material relating to Guerriere uncovered in your research to augment the plan to closely resemble her.
HMS guerriere was, I think, a 38-gun frigate.

There is an interesting side story to this battle that concerns a barrel of molasses on board the Guerriere's deck, which may have contributed to the victory.
In anticipation of a British victory, the Guerriere's crew rolled a barrel of molasses up top in plain view of the Americans - the nineteenth century's nautical way of "thumbing your nose" at the opposition.
The Constitution's gunners destroyed the barrel, spilling slippery molasses all about the Guerriere's deck, thus making it nearly impossible for the British to keep their footing and maneuver their vessel.
