Empire Peacemaker, previously HMS ''Scarborough Castle'', was a convoy rescue ship.
She was launched at Ferguson Brothers Ltd. shipyard in Glasgow on 8 September 1944 and brought into service in 1945.
She was originally laid down as a Castle-class corvette, Scarborough Castle, pennant number K536, but was renamed and converted before completion.
