Standing alongside the HSBC Tower are One Canada Square (known popularly as Canary Wharf); and the Citigroup Centre, which forms the British head office of the multinational US bank, Citigroup.
With the movement of HSBC's group headquarters from Hong Kong to London in 1993, the firm decided that having thousands of employees scattered across the City of London was not an ideal situation.

I work for a company which has offices located in London and shortly after the explosions took place, news of two terrorists being shot dead was flying around the office...shortly after this story was quickly forgotton due to the fact mainstream media made no mention of it.
