HYKS Lasten ja nuorten sairaala yhdessä muiden pääkaupunkiseudulla sairaita lapsia hoitavien organisaatioiden kanssa ponnistelee parhaillaan kirjoituksessa kuvatun haasteen kanssa.
Rajanylityslaboratorioon kutsuttiin noin 60 lasten sairaanhoidon työntekijää ja esimiestä HYKS Lasten ja nuorten sairaalasta, Allergiasairaalasta, Jorvin ja Peijas-Rekolan sairaaloista sekä Helsingin, Espoon ja Vantaan terveyskeskuksista.
Edellä kuviossa 2 esitimme toimintajärjestelmän kolmiomallien avulla, miten lasten sairaanhoidon ristiriidat HYKS Lasten ja nuorten sairaalassa, Helsingin terveyskeskuksissa ja näiden organisaatioiden välillä muodostavat haasteen organisaatioiden oppimiselle.
