		It is well known that the development of speech is extremely limited without adequate auditory input and feedback.
		It may be that the age of implantation is not easily separated from other influences of intervention, like the orientation of the habilitation program and parent involvement, which relate strongly to children being auditory perceptual learners and users of auditory feedback.
