My favorite island, Grenada, where I have many gardening friends whose gardens I have photographed and posted here has been devastated.
The problem is you cannot know how much rain or hail would have fallen without cloud seeding, so there is no way to perform control experiments.
If Grenada had the same building codes as FL then the damage would have been a lot less.
