In 1973, Halford's sister was dating Priest bassist Ian Hill, and one day a few members were over at the Halford's house, when they overheard Halford singing along to the radio.
With Halford on board, Priest's sound shifted to a more metallic sound, and by 1974, their first album was issued on the small Gull label, Rocka Rolla.
Halford's first post-Priest live set followed a year later with the double disc Live Insurrection, while rumors continued to persist concerning a Halford/Priest reunion (both camps have supposedly patched up their differences).

Drown - A somewhat unknown industrial heavy metal band from LA. However, I became enamoured with this band after I listened to the "Hold on to the Hollow" album.

While it's obvious Rob is trying to bury the recent past (no tracks by his last band, Two, appear, and he's returned to a "leather and studs" image), it's a welcome return to true metal, contrived as it may be.
His new band are rather faceless, devoid of personality, albeit excellent on their instruments.
The songs are culled from the Halford album, the Judas Priest back catologue, and the first Fight album (note: no tracks from the second dissapointing one), with a lot of added surprises.
