	Some Thoughts on Impressive
		Impressive himself was not, on paper, bred to be a Halter horse.
		So when you look at an Impressive bred horse, or any stallion, for that matter, with thoughts to breed, my advice is to ask yourself, �What is my project?� Since I did not want to simply do halter I looked at horses who had strong working and performance lines.
		For years Impressive sons dominated the leading sires list, ranking in the top 20, and even today, decedents of this horse continue to dominate the Halter industry and the leading sires list for Halter horses.

	Horse "Collar" ???
		I have seen some folks at field trials using these - they are handy if you don't use a halter bridle since you can tie your horse to it instead of using the reins.
		She used a regular halter and leadrop as well as the collar, and ran another leadrope from there, thru the halter, and to the post.
		It just buckles around the horses neck like a loose dog collar then to use then as hobbles you have to loop them through the hardware to make a figure eight around the legs.

		Friesian Horses are not very common over here - We have one pure bred Stallion in New Zealand called Ziegfried and no pure bred mares as yet to my knowledge.
