		The median income for a household in the township is $37,434, and the median income for a family is $41,875.

	Fees would pay for growth
		Home-ruled Hamilton Township is the only township in Warren County with an impact fee on each housing unit.
		The study, which township trustees said must not exceed $5,000, is expected to take two to three months, and will start after the township completes a reference check.
		Hamilton Township, the fastest growing of Warren's 11 townships, has taken heat from county commissioners and township residents who want to see growth better managed.

	Hamilton Grange Hall
		Lacking a town center, area residents congregated at the hall, which served as a town hall and was the site of elections and rallies as well as funerals, church services, parties, lectures, dances, school programs and receptions.
		By 1897 the Hamilton Grange was among the six larges chapters in the state and hosted annual fairs on land adjacent to the hall.
		When Grange No. 355 disbanded in 1977 the building became the property of the township and continued to be used as the Township Hall until a new hall was built in 1999.

		RAISINVILLE TOWNSHIP, Michigan (CNN) -- Flights in and out of Detroit's airport were icing up before a commuter plane, trying to land in a snowstorm, went into a roll and nose- dived into a field, killing all 29 people aboard.
		Also, records of the plane involved in the crash indicate that on at least two occasions, the plane's de-icing system failed and had to be repaired.
		A spokesman with Hamilton Standard, which manufactures the propellers used on Embraer 120s, said blades on all Comair planes were repaired by last August.
