		Hammarstrand, the chief town and home to the local government and business centre, was built on the bottom of what once was Ragunda Lake.

		Rodel är något vi kan i HBRK för vi har en uppsjö av SM medaljer i alla olika valörer men det är väl ärligt talat inte så konstigt när bob och rodelbanan i Hammarstrand klassades som en av dom allra bästa internationella rodelbanorna på 60, 70 och 80 talet.
		När man kommer i mål bromsar man genom att ta tag i hornen och stegra rodeln så att medarna och luftmotståndet bromsar ner farten.
		I Hammarstrands bob och rodelbana kan man komma upp i ca 120 km/h och om man skulle ramla av så kan man räkna med både ett och annat blåmärke men själva meningen är ju att man ska ligga på kälken.
