		The Egyptians feared this curse because if the body of Imhotep were to ever be revived he would be a walking disease and a plague upon mankind, with the strength of the ages and invincibility.
		The effects in the film are excellent as one would imagine; everything from the design of the Mummy in it's varies stages of regeneration to the effects of the scarabs and Pharohs bodyguards look great.
		My favorite scene would have to be the scene where O'Connell, Jonathan and Ardeth Bey are flying to Hamunaptra and Imhotep summons the power of the sands and swallows the plane in a sandstorm.

		Like its predecessors, HAMUNAPTRA transforms a real-world culture into a more D&D-friendly version of itself, doing the work for you of transplanting demihumans, monsters and magic into ancient Egypt (Khemti; Hamunaptra is the name of the capital city).
		And HAMUNAPTRA is good enough to use for this purpose, or as a standalone campaign, or for ideas for another campaign entirely.
