A Hanko (印鑑) is a Japanese signature stamp, similar to the Chinese chop.

There are hankos for daily tasks that can be had for as little as $1 for popular names.
Many Japanese don't realize that the hanko ink is always red because there use to be a drop of blood placed over the family kanji on important documents back in "ancient times" so I'm told.
I thought that every hanko that was made was made slightly different so that no two would be the same, at least from a nice shop that is. Now I'm pretty sure you can just take my business card and some $60 and get one exactly like the two I have.
