		Hanna City is a small town of 1,013 (circa 2000) people, situated in the “heart” of Illinois.
		This quote is from part of that newspaper article entitled “Wild Woe in Hanna City.” “One-half of the population of Hanna City is as mad as hops, while the other half is as mad as hoppers...All this turmoil of soul is the result of the first attempt of Hanna City to incorporate as a village.
		Hanna City was one of those presented a Bicentennial flag by Representative Robert Michel, at the Peoria County Courthouse.
