The name hanshin is derived from the names for Kobe(神戸) and Osaka(大阪).

Under the proposal, Hanshin Railway would be allowed to hold not more than a 20 to 30 percent stake in the club in a bid to transform the Tigers into a club owned by fans.
The Murakami fund is poised to officially make the proposal in a meeting with Hanshin Railway executives, and has asked business executives and other celebrities who are known as Tigers fans to support its move.
As of Monday, the Murakami fund held a 38.13 percent stake in the Hanshin Electric Railway Co., the operator of a railway line between Osaka and Kobe.

A Hanshin Railway executive, meanwhile, said Tuesday the railway will contact the Murakami Fund as early as this week to inquire into the reasons for the investment.
A Hanshin source said there might be a large-lot investor behind the fund who is interested in the Hanshin Tigers.

Yomiuri Giants - They have series against the Hanshin Tigers July 26-28 followed by the Chunichi Dragons 29-31.
I would say your chances of getting tickets for the Hanshin games are slim to none so if you fancy a Giants game then the Chunichi series is probably your best bet.
I don't know too much about getting tickets for Giants games so I'll defer to others here.
