		In the North of Haradwaith lies Umbar, the great Númenorian Port and City of Corsairs as well as the Haradrim Principaries which are collectively known as Harwan, or Near-Harad to the Gondorians.
		Few scattered Groups of Elves live in the Harad, the Nimvir, Nandorin in their origin mostly in Near-Harad and the Haradwaith desert, the Cuind, Avari Tribes wander the Southern Boundaries of North Harad and sometimes are even seen at the girdle of Arda.

		I attempted to solidify my hold of Arnor (especially as it is one of two “7” point regions in the game) while positioning for possible runs to the East and South.
		Jason’s ability to consolidate his control of three regions (Mordor and Haradwaith in the South, Rhun in the North) early on allowed him to collect an additional six reinforcements per turn.
		This, combined with the fact that he controlled the lion’s share of strongholds on the map (each worth one additional unit per turn) meant that he pulled out to an early lead.
