Harcesis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the science fiction television show Stargate SG-1, a Harcesis is a Human child born off the hosts of two Goa'uld mates when the hosts are still possessed.
The Harcesis born thus would possess all the knowledge of the Goa'uld, and is generally considered an abomination for the same reason.
The term "Harcesis" is likely derived from "Harsiesis," meaning Horus son of Isis.

GateWorld Forum - a few questions about the goa'uld & harcesis...
A harcesis is described as the child of two Goa'uld hosts.
A harcesis is when the host of a Gou'ald has a child by the host of another Goa'uld.
The implication seems to be that the harcesis would have all the genetic memory of the Goa'uld preceding them in direct line.

However, Shifu, the Harcesis, was given wise counsel by Oma Desala to abandon the knowledge and the evil contained therein.
I would imagine that the Goa'uld would not have banned this practice unless it had been done before, which is why I think it would be possible for another one to be out and about.
But just to point out, the Goa'uld didn't ban this practice because they were afraid that the kid would become evil, they're afraid that the kid would share their knowledge and technology with their enemies.
