		However, riding the re-emergence of melodic rock of the early millennium, lead singer Johnny Gioeli put together a new band to continue the Hardline legacy.

	Hardline
		Having been a huge fan of Hardline since before I saw them play with Extreme in the Mid 90's, I was ecstatic when I was asked to interview Johnny Gioeli prior to their long awaited Gods headlining gig at Penningtons in Bradford England, June 1st 2002.
		The preparation for the interview was difficult in many ways, as much of the 'Double Eclipse' album had been interviewed to death and I wanted to ask as many questions from a fans perspective, being a massive fan myself.
		It was certainly a staggeringly fantastic weekend for this Hardline fan in any case and huge thank you to Johnny Gioeli for being a huge part of that.
