	LSM Adds 4 Licenses
		Last week LSM expanded its Radio network by acquiring four new FM Licenses From the Audio Visual Council (CNA) Which is the equivalent of the FCC in the U.S. The four new cities, Cobadin, Harlau, Negresti, and Sulina expand the LSM Radio Network to 25 Cities in Romania.
		Harlau is in the northeastern area of Romania not far form the border with Moldova where LSM has been operating its 13 FM stations since 1994.
		Harlau will broadcast at 94.0 FM and along with Suceava which was acquired last year (AM 1584), Radauti (AM 1584) and Piatra Neamt (AM 1602), it will cover much of this northeastern region referred to as the Romanian Moldova.

		In Harlau we visited a hospital for the mentally handicapped.
