		Harris County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas within the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown Metropolitan Area.
		Harris County is named for John Richardson Harris, an early settler of the area.
		In the county, the population is spread out with 29.00% under the age of 18, 10.30% from 18 to 24, 33.40% from 25 to 44, 19.80% from 45 to 64, and 7.40% who are 65 years of age or older.
