	Harry Groener - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Harry Groener (born 10 September 1951 in Augsburg, Bavaria, Germany) is an American actor and dancer, best known for playing Mayor Wilkins in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (season 3).
		As a teenager, Groener was apprenticed at the San Francisco City Ballet; he went on to study drama at the University of Washington.
		Groener's reputation in New York City rests almost entirely on his work in musical theater, although the bulk of his roles outside New York have been in classical drama.

		Groener matches Feste's verbal dexterity with physical inventiveness (he does 30 things with the fool's cap, for example, even flipping it like a pizza).
		Also, Groener creates the haunting suggestion, throughout, that Feste has already read the play.

		“Consequences” commences the bizarre, affecting and spooky daughter/father relationship between Faith and the evil, wholesome Mayor (Harry Groener), with director Michael Gershman (longtime director of photography for the series) giving some nicely specific commentary on how scenes were staged.
		Chapter 1 has a slightly reddish tint to the darkness, but Chapter 6 on the other hand is beautifully vivid in its handling of pinks and reds.
		The characterizations, dialogue, imaginative creatures and plot twists, use of source music and fantastic performances – besides the usual suspects, season guests Dushku and Groener are riveting – make it all truly must-see TV or in this case, better still, must-own DVD.
