I like how wasnt really a bad bad guy just a bit of a diddy but he is still really smart and eventually he becomes a good guy - even though he is a fugutive charged with treason or something.
He and Jack have a funny relationship, "starstky and hutch" and you never really know what his true agenda is. He is my favourite non sg1 character and i was saddened to see him leave in season six, but i hope he comes back in season 8.
Harry is good value..senator kingsley is the real scarey eveil one..I like how at times sg1 have depended on harry (foothold and chain reaction come to mind) and even with the tensionand lack of trust he wasn't a complete ass**** and did help sg1..
