	Harsh noise - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Harsh noise is a specific type of noise music that uses no (or minimal) synths, no (or minimal) acoustic instruments, or is created almost entirely by electronic feedback and distortion, along with occasional crashing metal sounds and samples.
		Sometimes referred to simply as "noise," the term harsh noise came into use to differentiate its style from more "musical" genres such as noise rock and noisecore, which use instrumentation and song structure.
		Probably originally inspired by nineteen-eighties power electronics artists (such as Whitehouse and Maurizio Bianchi), its focus is more on texture and less about composition or feel.

		Harsh mind numbing noise they way it should be done the 7 tracks that Ahlzagailzehguh start this CD off with are just fucking perfection nothing need to be more said.
		While this a harsh noise release, the rise and fall of that noise, the way things are isolated and consumed, and the inclusion of really gritty yet reserved moments makes for some nice flow and an intriguing release.
		This small 3ï¿½ is certainly one of the best noise record to be released in the underground noise scene in the year 2003 and the proof is that I ask them to do a split right after the listening of his two 3ï¿½.

		The thing that really blows me away is, that unlike other noise projects which attempt to destroy your eardrums with an insurmountable wall of white static, The Feeder's pieces come across a lot more restrained and composed, giving them a much more musical feel than the majority of noise that I have heard.
		Soul Drought opens the disc with demented bursts of noise that sounds like an air raid siren distorted beyond recognition, whilst other bursts of harsh noise erupt intermittently one after the other, with a low drone underneath that at times gets completely buried, giving a very disjointed and agitated feel to the track.
		The bulk of the track is a strange pulsating harsh noise that erupts in places and completely disappears in others.

		Chuck Palahniuk's meditation on silence and noise gave me an idea last night while listening to this disc—all those harsh noise providers out there must be afraid.
		All the noise tends to blur together and take on the properties of a drone, it has reduced my frustration on several occasions and has also managed to put me to sleep when played at low levels.
		But this harsh noise stuff is beginning to sound like a weird mirror of all the "drone" music I'm in love with.

		It was originally formatted for Roland (back in the day when I HAD hardware samplers) and I converted it to Kontakt using CD Extract4.

	Moozzhead/Family Harsh Noise Experimentation "Perversioita Z-mollissa"
		It is not metal and can hardly be called music but just random noises, sound landscapes and voices.
		Moozzhead is more wall of sound type of artist putting out a nice buzzing, distorted and wailing sounds that drives you, your possible friends and neighbor nuts when played loud not to talk about the damage it might cause to your speakers.

		May be that the clutch is fully engaged and your engine speed (RPMs) isn't high enough and you just flood the cylinders and it ignites and kinda grabs but I wouldn't know what exactly the popping noise is, an idea where it's coming from?
