Harvey Schultz has over 20 years of government experience and an additional ten years working in the private sector, concentrating on real property development, economic development, environmental management, utility management, infrastructure land use and quality of life in New York.
I would like to just end Harvey's section by showing you just a few more slides of the -- (inaudible) - as a way of fixing in your minds where the leading entry was at the end of the '80s, beginning of the '90s.
This provides extraordinary control, which provides incredible mass, it addresses the issue which Harvey Schultz mentioned, which is how do you build something with an economy of scale at a price point that still allows you to cover other site cost like infrastructure, other amenities that will be a demand of the local community.

The May 10 luncheon for alumni and founders was even more special because Dr. Wegner brought Harvey Wollman with him and introduced the honoree, which gave everyone a chance to recognize the man who gave so much of his time and leadership as a legislator to make the MD program a reality.
Harvey Wollman chaired this 11-member committee of seven legislators and four citizens at large.
Under the leadership of Harvey Wollman and his colleagues the soil had been plowed and tilled, and the seeds were planted.

Circuit Judge Roger L. Wollman dismissed Frost's challenge to the mail and wire fraud convictions and concluded that the government proved each element of the crimes.
Frost contends that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions for mail fraud, one of the wire fraud counts, and thirty- three of the money laundering counts associated with those two fraud counts.
