CHANDIGARH, Aug 16 — The Punjab and Haryana High Court today adjourned to tomorrow the case filed by Mr Anand Singh Dangi, a former Haryana Minister, urging that Mr Ajay Chautala be impleaded as a necessary party in the murder of Amir Singh, an Independent candidate from Meham in the 1990 Assembly election, at Meham.
The Speaker of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Mr Ashok Kumar Arora, recognised the HVP(D) as a separate party on August 13.
