Not much of a point from me here except to raise the issue of hate speech, Google and possibly hear from any of you that might be familiar with The Jawa Report and if you think it is guilty as charged.
Otherwise they are making the hate speech public (which they did not want to do in the first place) as well as possibly bringing it increased media attention by making a fiasco over it.
However, that's for us to use to think about the issue of bigotry, when hate speech is used to make legal decisions then I doubt that hate speech has a very concrete definition, and is an awful lot like pornography...

So I find it rather supid, frankly, that Google decided that Rusty's site contains "hate speech" and has to be delisted from Google news.
If you can guarantee that your news no longer includes hate speech, we will be happy to re-review the site for inclusion.
