Havok still cared for Annie as well as Carter, a sound relationship between the two is suggest in X-men: The End, where Carter creates an illusion that he is still a child and Havok and Annie are together.
Havok, as he appeared in Mutant X. Havok is a mutant possessing the power to absorb ambient cosmic energy, process it, and emanate it from his body as waves of plasma in the form of a blast or discharge.

The X-men some how located him (can't remember exactly how/when with that either) and he was bought back to the mansion with the nurse who is now the mansions resident medic (despite being vaguely anti-mutant).
Polaris is at the mansion at the moment (brought back from Genosha in New x-men) and there is a BLT (bizarre love triangle) between Havok,Polaris and Hello Nurse.
Polaris has proposed to Havok (although he never said yes) and an upcoming issue of Uncanny is supposed to be some kind of big wedding issue I think.
