With the principles of dynamics one can solve problems involving work and energy and explain the pressure and expansion of gases, the motion of planets, and the behavior of flowing liquids and gases.
Solids are rigid, having a definite shape, but fluids (liquids and gases) are not, and special branches of dynamics have been developed that treat the particular effects of forces and motions in fluids.
The principles of dynamics may also be combined with the study of other phenomena, as in electrodynamics, the study of charges in motion.

Hawker Siddeley did finally develop and build the Trident and it entered service in the early '60s, but the original aircraft was somewhat underpowered and prompted the flight crews that flew it, to have the anecdotal comments that the only reason the Trident took-off was because of the curvature of the earth.
Similar in appearance to a Boeing 727, though much smaller, the Hawker Siddeley Trident passenger jet FS model from David and Mario is well worth a look see, in the event you may have missed the upload.

F1, a test vehicle for the first stage of the ELDO satellite launcher vehicle Europe I, and the first vehicle to be launched in Phase I of the development program, reached Australia on 18th January, 1964.
An analogue simulation of the control system related to detailed examination of the telemetered in-flight data has established that the dynamic instability of the vehicle before engine cut arose from a negatively damped fuel slosh mode.
A reduction of gain, whilst not changing the sign of the damping term in the fuel slosh mode, enables the onset of unacceptable oscillation to be postponed to after the nominal engine cut time of 154 seconds.

Hawker Siddeley, which had merged with Blackburn in 1963 and obtained the Buccaneer along with it, proposed a Buccaneer variant designated the "P.145" or "S.3" to fill the RAF requirement.
The RAF was much more interested in the US General Dynamics F-111K, and for the moment had no real interest in the Buccaneer.
Hawker Siddeley did try to sell a supersonic version of the Buccaneer designated the "P.150" to the RAF.

 The BAC TSR.2
The aircraft featured pilot and navigator seated in tandem under clamshell canopies; a high-mounted swept wing; a conventional tail assembly; and twin Bristol Siddeley Olympus 22R Mark 320 afterburning turbojets.
The TSR.2 was built largely of conventional aluminum-copper aviation alloys, though more exotic metals, such as aluminum-lithium and titanium alloys, were used selectively where needed.
The only saving grace of the whole sad situation was that two prototypes were rescued, with one now on display at the Aerospace Museum in Cosford, and the other on display at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford.

Historically, this empirical component was derived from testing of scale models and prototypes, either in wind tunnels or in the free atmosphere.
More recently, advances in computing have enabled the use of computational fluid dynamics to simulate the behavior of fluid, reducing time and expense spent on wind-tunnel testing.

Both the names DAN-Air London as well as Hawker Siddeley are gone, but so is the "alfa-ramp" at Schiphol: they built a new terminal extention over a large part of it.
Schiphol's gates were renamed in 1993 as the Dutch -E- sound is similar to the English -A- sound and this caused confusion with the A- and E-gates; thus gates on the terminals started with C ("Charlie").

Even the signature of the employee indicating apparent consent to the later inconsistent arrangement can be disregarded where there is clear evidence that a prior promise was still intended to be binding.
