| | Full Immersion Head Mounted Display System |
 | | The goal of this program is to develop a range of full-peripheral-vision head mounted display systems that are high resolution, low-cost, and light-weight, based upon the Kaiser Electro-Optics (KEO) Visual Immersion Module (VIM) optical technology which tiles multiple displays per eye. |
 | | The unique VIM structure consists of a miniature flat panel display, meniscus lens, and cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) passive filter that features a thin profile, large pupil-free field of view, and low cost. |
 | | Display Development Coordination and Demonstration of Several Technologies -- KEO will demonstrate several technologies as may be available, such as FEDs, diffraction technology displays, and others. |
