Heather Harlan, (born in 1970 in Richmond, Virginia and raised in Florida), was the second wife of Tony Randall.
Heather met Tony, and they were married on November 17, 1995, by then-New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, even though Randall had had some reservations about the age difference between them (50 years).
Heather Harlan is a relative of deceased former Supreme Court Justice John Marshall Harlan.
