The Nightmare on Elm Street Collection: Boxed Set
Audio Commentary by Wes Craven, Heather Langenkamp, John Saxon and director of photography Jacques Haitkin on A Nightmare on Elm Street; Audio Commentary by Wes Craven on Wes Craven's New Nightmare.
This track clearly comes from the LD, since the participants frequently discuss laserdiscs, and Langenkamp once mentions that it's been about twelve years since they made the film.
The commentary is dominated by the contributions of Craven and Langenkamp.

(DVD Review) The Nightmare on Elm Street Collection
Video is clean, and the new 5.1 Soundtrack is great, no real extras.
Nightmare on Elm Street 3 — This movie brings back Wes Craven, Heather Langenkamp, John Saxon, and of course Robert England as Freddy Krueger.
He brings back many of the original cast Heather Langenkamp as herself and Nancy, John Saxon, and of course Robert England as both Freddy Krueger and himself.

As for special features, most of the behind the scenes footage and intervies (not to mention an two alternate endings!!!) are on the bonus eighth disk, The Nightmare Series Encyclopedia, in the box set, yet this DVD does contain some interesting features.
There are production notes, a "Jump To A Nightmare" scene navigation, and an interesting audio commentary by Director Of Photography Jacques Haitkin, Writer/Director Wes Craven, and Actor's John Saxon and Heather Langenkamp.
All in all a good DVD, yet I would recommend (unless you hate the sequels) the entire box set.
