Plaid AMs Jocelyn Davies and Helen Mary Jones, the party's shadow education minister, called for urgent action to preserve the remains of a late medieval ship unearthed in the city.
The centre part of the ship, uncovered on the site of the city's new theatre and arts centre off Kingsway, is believed to have been built from timbers felled between 1465 and 1466.
