Princess Helena Frederica of Waldeck and Pyrmont (17 February 1861 - 1 September 1922) was the daughter of George Victor of Waldeck-Pyrmont (1831-1893) and his wife Helene Wilhelmine of Nassau-Weilburg (1831-1888).
She was the sister of Queen Emma of the Netherlands (mother of Queen Wilhelmina and great-grandmother of Queen Beatrix).
Princess Helena of Waldeck and Pyrmont died in Hinterris in the Tyrol, in Austria.

Emma was born in Arolsen, capital of the small German principality of Waldeck and Pyrmont, on 2 August 1858, a daughter of Georg Viktor, Prince of Waldeck and Pyrmont, and his wife, Princess Helena Wilhelmina Henrietta of Nassau.
Her sister, Helena Frederica, would become the wife of Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, a son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
