		The whole movie was the viewer listening to her thoughts and looking out the person's eyes at what was going on around her as she mentally pled for someone to notice she was "in there", alive.
		Joseph Cotton plays this guy who had a car addicent and paralysed before the episode starts, and throughout the entire episode we indeed hear his v/o trying to move/getting people noticed that he's not dead.
