 Henri, Comte de Chambord
His father was the duc de Berry, the elder son of the comte d'Artois (afterwards Charles X); his mother was the princess Caroline Ferdinande Louise of Naples.
The title to the throne thus passed to the comte de Paris, as representative of the Orleans branch of the house of Bourbon, and the history of the Comte de Chambord's life is largely an account of the efforts made to unite the Royalist party by effecting a reconciliation between the two princes.
The comte de Paris and the prince de Joinville journeyed to Frohsdorf, and were formally reconciled with the head of the family (August 5).

Henri, comte de Chambord - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Henri Charles Ferdinand Marie Dieudonné d'Artois, comte de Chambord (September 29, 1820 – August 24, 1883) was technically King Henri V of France from July 30th to August 9, 1830.
Henri was the posthumous son of Charles Ferdinand, duc de Berry, younger son of King Charles X of France, by his wife Princess Maria Carolina of the Two Sicilies, daughter of Francis I of the Two Sicilies.
At his death, Henri's wife and some of his supporters believed that he was succeeded as rightful king of France and Navarre by his distant cousin Juan, Count of Montizón (the senior male of the House of Bourbon).

In 1717, the seven-year-old king was separated from his governess Madame de Ventadour, and put in the care of the Duke of Maine, superintendent of his education, aided by André-Hercule de Fleury (later to become Cardinal de Fleury), tutor to the young king, and the Duke of Villeroi, governor to the young king.
The old cardinal de Fleury did not have enough energy left to oppose the war, and the king gave in to the strong pressure of the anti-Austrian party at court: he entered the war in 1741 by allying with Prussia.
Some of his mistresses, such as Madame de Pompadour and the former prostitute Madame du Barry, are as well-known as the King himself, and his affairs with all five Mailly-Nesle sisters are documented by the formal agreements into which he entered.

As a Huguenot, Henry was involved in the Wars of Religion before acceding to the throne; to become king he converted to Catholicism and in 1598 promulgated (passed) the Edict of Nantes which guaranteed religious liberties to the Protestants and thereby effectively ended the civil war.
Henry IV was the son of Antoine de Bourbon, Duke of Vendome and Jeanne d’Albret, Queen of Navarre.
Henry’s councillors strongly opposed this idea, but the matter was resolved unexpectedly by Gabrielle d’Estrée’s sudden death in April 1599, after she had given birth prematurely to a stillborn son.

Henri, comte de Paris, duc de France - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Henri Philippe Pierre Marie d'Orléans, comte de Paris, duc de France (born June 14, 1933) is a claimant (pretender) to the French throne.
He was born to Henri, Comte de Paris and his wife Isabelle of Orleans-Braganza in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium, because a 1886 law banned the heirs of formerly reigning French dynasties from entering France.
Henri, and a number of French royalists who considered it impossible for a head of the royal house to unilaterally disinherit someone, never recognised his father's decision, and refused all mail addressed to him as Comte de Mortain.

Louis-Philippe, Comte de Paris (1838-1894): French orleanist monarchists referred to him as "Louis-Philippe II", and then later when Henri, Comte de Chambord died, he was recognized as the royalist heir by almost all French monarchists, and was occasionally known as Philippe VII.
His genealogical heir was Juan, Conde de Montizon, but most legitimists recognised Philippe, Comte de Paris as heir to the Comte de Chambord, because Felipe V of Spain, ancestor of the Conde de Montizon, renounced his rights to the French throne.
Thus, the Comte de Paris is the Orleanist pretender to the French throne.
