The Addison Family, descended from John Hallowes' granddaughter Juliana ([AD]) and her husband W.H. Addison, is so very large that seperate files, of which this is the second, have been written to accomodate it.
Although her back was broken, she was in no immediate danger of sinking; but when the submarine surfaced and seem to be about to launch another torpedo, panic broke out and the passengers and crew rushed the lifeboats.
Nurse Addison gave up her place in one of them to another passenger and was not seen again; altogether 143 people were lost.

John Addison already had a place in Maryland History when he was elected Foreman of the first Vestry of Piscataway Parish in early 1694.
The next incumbent, Henry Addison, served even longer, from 1742-1789, although he, like many Anglican clergy, was exiled to England during most of the Revolutionary War.
Walter Dulany Addison, Henry's nephew, was rector from 1801 to 1809.5 He was notable as an early social activist in a period when this was a highly exceptional activity for Episcopal clergy.

The Addison Railroad was originally planned to connect with water traffic as well as connection across the lake with the Whitehall and Plattsburg at Ticonderoga.
A train out of Rutland, known as the Proctor job came over the Addison with no regular schedule to pick up the refrigerator car stocked with Lake Champlain ice and bring the milk from along the line to Leicester Junction Express and LCL freight also carload freight, was taken care of in both directions.
The Addison Railroad was the Addison Branch of the Central Vermont Railroad until the lease of the Rutland Railroad was abrogated in 1896.

Pablo runs away from the scene of the murder to get help and runs into Dolores, a dancer in the town's saloon, who hides Pablo in her cabin, and then goes to town for help from her boss, Big Henry, but when she arrives, she overhears that Big Henry was responsible for the Chavez murders.
Dolores hides Pablo in a more secluded place and writes a letter to Pablo's grandfather, Pedro, who lives across the Mexican border as a notorious bandit known as El Toro,who rides to the saloon where Dolores works, En route he saves the life of Hopalong Cassidy (a county deputy), who was searching for the outlaw.
Hoppy gets a job as one of Big Henry's gun hands, thinking he can prevent Big Henry from making anymore attempts against Pablo, but the outlaws believe that Hoppy might be double crossing Big Henry and decide to take him out.

Henry was a brother of Daniel, who founded the soda company in Fairport, NY and that is where Henry earned the money to support his venture in Florida.
