HERBIE HIDE, who twice won the WBO world heavyweight boxing championship, was found guilty yesterday of punching and kicking a civil servant in a nightclub.
The court was told that Hide had attacked Ray Boateng, 31, after a dispute at a Norwich nightclub in May, punching him in the back of the head and kicking him as he lay on the floor.
Hide was one of a number of people who kicked him while he was on the floor, he said.
