		Hercule is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga and anime Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.
		Hercule also participates in convincing the people of the newly-restored Earth to give their energy to Goku's Genki Dama, since they refuse to listen to Vegeta and Goku (except for Goku and Vegeta's friends and family, of course).
		Hercule's mannerisms are said to be inspired from Queen's vocal Freddie Mercury.

		Hercule would be a fun, semi-competitive character to play, but when his levels 2 and 3 are released, chances are he’ll be obsolete.
		I cant really give a rating to Hercule because he can only be used as a really bad ally right now, but ill give a raiting assuming he was playable as a 1-3 personality.
