This list of acronyms, words, phrases, people and definitions from the Myst Universe was compiled so that both those new to the world of Myst and Myst vetrans alike can both understand the many bits of jargon other Myst fans might use on the internet or even in speech.
In early times of the Myst universe (like 1994) this was spelled Dunny, but it was changed for unknown reason(s) (one rumored to be that Dunny is Austrailian slang for toilet).
Atrus: (Aay-trus) The grandson of Aitrus, son of Gehn, wife of Catherine, and father of Sirrus and Achernar.
