Hermie Sadler (born April 24, 1969) is a race car driver from Emporia, Virginia.
Sadler began racing in go-karts along side younger brother Elliott in their hometown of Emporia.
Sadler returned to the Busch Series in 2002, running a limited schedule in his own #02 as well as the #43 for the Curb Agajanian Performance Group.

His brother Hermie Sadler is also a NASCAR driver.
Sadler attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia on a basketball scholarship until he injured his knee, effectively ending his basketball career.
