The MMR of Sierra Leone, according to a report from the World Health Organization in the year 2000, is 2,000 maternal deaths per live 100,000 births.
The extremely high MMR is principally due to a lack of capacity to deal with obstetric complications such as hemorrhage, obstructed labor, ectoptic gestation, puerperal sepsis, and complications caused by unsafe abortion.

Hegel's Philosophy of Right: The State   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-09-09)
In this realm, differentiation is carried to its conclusion, and ethical life is sundered without end into the extremes of the private self-consciousness of persons on the one hand, and abstract universality on the other.
This realm it sets over against a world of beyond, an intellectual realm, whose content is indeed the truth of its (the principle's) mind, but a truth not yet thought and so still veiled in barbarous imagery.
The realm of fact has discarded its barbarity and unrighteous, caprice, while the realm of truth has abandoned the world of beyond and its arbitrary force, so that the true reconciliation which discloses the state as the image and actuality of reason has become objective.

Proclaim unto the children of assurance that within the realms of holiness, nigh unto the celestial paradise, a new garden hath appeared, round which circle the denizens of the realm on high and the immortal dwellers of the exalted paradise.
Pleasant is the realm of being, wert thou to attain thereto; glorious is the domain of eternity, shouldst thou pass beyond the world of mortality; sweet is the holy ecstasy if thou drinkest of the mystic chalice from the hands of the celestial Youth.
Wings have I bestowed upon thee, that thou mayest fly to the realms of mystic holiness and not the regions of satanic fancy.

Prayers and Meditations by Bahaullah : Section 23
Too high art Thou for the praise of those who are nigh unto Thee to ascend unto the heaven of Thy nearness, or for the birds of the hearts of them who are devoted to Thee to attain to the door of Thy gate.
Poverty, as decreed by Thee, hath been made the means for the revelation of Thy riches, and abasement a path leading to Thy glory, and sinfulness a cause for the exercise of Thy forgiveness.
Look, then, upon the hearts which, in their love for Thee, have been transfixed by the darts of Thine enemies, and the heads which were borne on spears for the sake of the exaltation of Thy Cause and the glorification of Thy name.

Free Choice Agents   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-09-09)
A free choice agent is any being that has the ability to make its own decisions, based on its own free will, and is not controlled like a puppet by its Creator.
Just because men, angels, etc. have a free will and can freely choose things, does not mean that their options from which to choose from are unlimited.
The free choice agents who stay faithful to the Lord will be part of the eternal kingdom in which God's intrusts the faithful with the care of the Universe.

There, in the realm of vision, the soul sees without the help of the physical eye, hears without the aid of the phys ical ear, and travels without dependence upon physical motion.
It is, therefore, clear that the spirit in the soul of man can function through the physical body by using the organs of the ordinary senses, and that it is able also to live and act without th eir aid in the world of vision.
In the realm of spirit there is no retreat possible, all movement is bound to be towards a perfect state.

At one time Satan, or Lucifer, was a perfect, glorious angel with the shared responsibility to assist Adam and Eve in their Garden paradise.
While most of God’s angelic realm exercised their free will toward obedience, Satan misused his freedom by permitting the seeds of pride and ambition to gain control of his heart.
Instead of presenting the truth—that suffering and death are the results of dis-obedience to God, Satan has effectively convinced the majority of Christians that, before the beginning of man’s creation, God predestinated that billions of them should be eternally tormented in fire.
